turkey casserole

2-3 cups of cooked turkey
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups of milk
1 cup of rice
1 packet onion soup mix

Mix together and put in a casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour covered.

NOTE: If the casserole has been refrigerated and is chilled, cook for at least an hour so that the rice will be cooked. I didn't take this into consideration, and we ate a tasty casserole with crunchy rice. I hope you guys were able to cook yours a little longer than I wrote on the casserole. :)

We loved the turkey casserole and we did end up cooking it longer. It was delicious! Loved the flavor.

Really yummy. and we had PLENTY.
