2-3 cups of cooked turkey
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups of milk
1 cup of rice
1 packet onion soup mix
Mix together and put in a casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour covered.
NOTE: If the casserole has been refrigerated and is chilled, cook for at least an hour so that the rice will be cooked. I didn't take this into consideration, and we ate a tasty casserole with crunchy rice. I hope you guys were able to cook yours a little longer than I wrote on the casserole. :)

Chicken Enchiladas
2 to 3 chicken breast, boiled and cubed or sliced
1/2 can milk
1 pkg. flour tortillas
Cheddar Cheese
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup sour cream
1 can chopped green chilies
2 cups of Minute Rice
1 cup salsa
1 packet taco seasoning mix
2 cups of water
1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
In saucepan combine: salsa, taco mix, water, black beans and rice. Simmer for 10 minutes. Set aside.
In another saucepan combine: 1/2 can milk, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and 1 can of chopped chilies. Heat and then set aside.
Put some of the soup mixture on the bottom of 9 x 13 pan to prevent sticking.
Place rice mixture in bottom of tortilla, then put some chicken on top of that, put 3 TBSP. soup mixture on top of that, then a small amount of cheese. Roll and put in pan. Repeat.
Pour remaining sauce over top, and then sprinkle grated cheese on top of that.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, covered at 350.
Olives are also a good mix-in, I just wasn't sure who liked olives and who didn't.
You can also do this without the rice and beans mixture. Make 1 to 2 more chicken breasts if you do it that way.

Foil Dinners Recipe
I am just learning this blogging stuff, and for me the learning curve is twice as long as for anyone else. I apologize. You may see some interesting stuff for awhile. Hang in there.
As you can see by the 2 posts before this one, :) FOIL DINNERS are tonight 4 dinner.
As many potatoes carrots, onions, and chicken, as your family will eat.
1/4 cup of butter
Cream of chicken soup
Lemon Pepper
Salt and Pepper
1/4 soup can of milk
Prepare just like you would a foil dinner over the fire. I just make one big one and cook it in the oven on a cookie sheet. Cut butter into small pieces and spread over bottom of foil lined cookie sheet. Put chicken in, then potatoes, carrots, onions, and whatever else you like in them on top. Kielbasa Sausage is also good mixed in these. Mix milk and cream of chicken soup in seperate bowl, and then pour over veggies and chicken. You can make this as soupy or not soupy as you would like. Season with whatever seasonings you love. Cover with tin foil and bake for 1 hour at 425 degrees. Check vegetables to make sure they are cooked. May need additional baking time.
Tonight's Foil Dinner will be served with fresh watermelon as a side.
Enjoy!! Really easy dinner.
